What Prevention Actually Looks Like
Daily nervous system regulation (15 minutes): Simple breathing, somatic awareness, deliberate rest.
Weekly cognitive check-ins: What am I avoiding? Where am I in contradiction? What does my body know that I’m ignoring?
External accountability: A coach, therapist, or peer who reflects what you can’t see yourself.
Non-negotiables: Sleep. Movement. Connection. These aren’t optional, they’re stabilizers.
This Is Foundational, Not Extra
Your business doesn’t need you heroic. It needs you functional.
