Is a question that I have been asking myself in various forms. The other side to this question is: 'How do we create the organisations that enable people to be at and become their best.
Work can be a source of joy and personal growth, yet too many times it's seen as drudgery. I know we can do better. I see it every day: in the work you do at Wisdom Partners, in the work I do with my clients, and in the fact that more and more organisation are shifting their view from 'Profit' only to 'Purpose and Profit.'
I've been consciously working that way for the past 15 years and I'm glad that it is becoming main stream.
